How do I get the FIT file into Garmin Connect? +
Download the file → open connect.garmin.com → click the upload icon top right → select your file. Takes about 10 seconds. Step-by-step instructions are shown inside the app after every workout.
Does it work with Apple Watch or Samsung too? +
Yes — the arm-movement problem affects all smartwatches. TreadSync solves it with manual FIT/GPX export, independent of the manufacturer.
What happens to my data? +
